cheap looking

Arrived on time, but the ring box was shipped in a flimsy plastic envelope, so the box was partially crushed when I received it. Good thing I wasn't planning on giving this as a gift. The silver band was already beginning to tarnish when I opened the box and there is a line across the bottom of the band that looks like the ring was re-sized at some point. Also, the amber stone is not nearly as attractive as the online photo shows. If I were to wear the ring in direct sunlight or with a spotlight shining on my hand at all times it might more closely resemble the photo. In normal lighting it is very dull. Also, I have attempted to contact the seller twice with no response.
