Misrepresented....

I wanted one to try for its health properties. I was so happy to find a 21" length. It arrived and it was only 16.5"!! 4.5" difference! The beads were pretty and the clasp is exactly like the ones for babies, so other than the length it might have been ok. But I didn't get to try it out. Returned immediately!

Excellent Service

I am giving a full five stars predominately for this sellers excellent service. The product is good and what I wanted but the real excellence was the service. My initial order arrived promptly and was not what I was expecting. (I was trying to find an adult necklace that matched my son's) I called expecting to be told "Too bad that's what you ordered." Instead the company was wonderful and exchanged photos and phone calls with me until we found one that worked. The product is quality and I highly recommend this seller.
