I ordered two of these for my twin daughters who are teething. They are very good quality amber, well constructed, and definitely helped a lot. The only problem was the length. The description say 13-13.5", however the two necklaces we received were 12" and just over 14". We measured ahead and 13..75" would have been the longest that would not go over their chins, so we assumed 13-13.5 would be safe. The 12" one was great, the longer one was just long enough to fit over the babies chin and could have caused serious problems. Since we were leaving on vacation we didn't have time to exchange the longer item.Why the 5 star rating even though we had problems? In contacting Amazon & Amberbeata I was given fast and more than adequate assistance. Amberbeata suggested a few options on how to shorten the length, and they also made the offer of us sending the necklace to them and they would ship a new one to us wherever we were going to be for vacation. My wife chose to try to shorten it because within a few hours we could see a positive difference in how the babies were acting and did not want one of them to have to do without even for a day or two. The great customer service from Amazon is something that I've come to expect, but the amazingly helpful suggestions and offers from Amberbeata were delightful and unexpected. I highly recommend dealing with both of these companies. As a business owner, I appreciate customer service more than anything and could not with a clear conscience reduce the 5 star rating, just because of a discrepancy which their customer service personnel dealt with very professionally and effectively.

I would give this more than five stars if I could. It works great. I have a nine month old and before I had this amber necklace around her neck I would have to change her shirts 3 & 4 times a day because of her drool. Now I don't. Not to mention she has been a lot more calm. Seems to be working great
