I purchased this item and once I recieved it I put it on the baby. It looks great on and it's the perfect size. After a while I noticed it had no effect when she started teething. I had my father test the bead to see if they were real, turns out they are plastic :(

We just received our two necklaces for our twins hoping it would help with their teething. Well, all it does is look cute on them. Made absolutely no difference in crankiness or drooling. We also did more research to see how to test ourselves to see if they are even real. I am absoluely not convinced they are real at all. I geuss it's my fault for making the choice of ordering before doing further research to find a reputable place to get these. Lesson learned.

I ordered this for my six month old that seems to have six teeth coming in at once!! This product had great reviews so I wasn't worried. I should have been..... The necklace I received looks absolutely nothing like the picture. All the beads looked plastic and they were all the same size perfectly rounded large balls. NOTHING like the picture. Dissapointed. Then, I couldn't find the "letter of authenticity". I emailed costumer service for Amberbeata and asked if maybe I received the wrong product by mistake. She then replied asking for a picture. I tried sending a picture as well as a question about the form that was supposed to be included in the package. This was the e-mail that she sent back:"Please send me a picture to [e-mail address removed] in order to see what beads you did receive...plus how do You know we sending a certificate of authenticity if you say you did not receive.Yes we do send certificate with every beads we ship...plus you can print it also from Amazon Thank You and waiting for the picture of You beads"She basically called me a liar by saying that the form was in there and the fact that I knew there should be one in there meant that I wasnt telling the truth. Its a $15 baby necklace, not a famous painting. Just admit you forgot it! It's not that big of a deal! At least that is what I took from the email that looked like it was written by a 5 year old. When I told her not to worry about it, that I just wanted to send it back to get my money back (like amazon said that I could) I never heard back.So, in closing. If you want a cheap, plastic necklace and don't plan in needed to talk to anyone, then this necklace is for you! Others, stay away.
