Great Customer Service

I ordered this ring during the Christmas rush. It arrived in reasonably good time, but when I tried to put it on, the amber setting fell off the ring. The ring was also too small, and didn't seem to be a size 5. Once Ian and Valeri heard about the problem, I was sent a replacement in a larger size, at no charge. It IS a lovely ring, and I'm glad I didn't try to glue the stone back on. I'll likely use the refund to buy another of their rings.

Beautiful!

I ordered this ring on the 21st and it arrived today on Christmas Eve. It is very well made...no flaws anywhere. I can't believe how inexpensive it was and it is very sharp looking.I also ordered a pair of small ball earrings and they too are very well made. They arrived in individual sturdy red boxes. I don't know how they can sell them for so little and make a profit!I'm very happy with my purchase and will look for more jewelry from this company.
